Can You Say Woohoo?

Yesterday Was Amazing. Let Me Just Take This Moment To Say That Im Very Glad That I Have A Crazy Family. My Only Chance To Get To See Relient K And Switchfoot This Tour Was If My Uncles Came Out From Ireland To Go See Them With Me. This Was Highly Unlikely Because The Just Came Out For RKIn May But I Figured, Well, They're Awesome And Crazy So Maybe If I Talk To Them They'll Come Out Again. So, For The Past Month Or So I Have Been Talking To Them And Explaining That It Wouldnt Inconvenience Us At All If They Came To Visit, In Fact, We Would Love To See Them Again. After Alot Of Persuading My Uncle James Called Yesterday AndHe Said That There Was A Special Flight Deal For The Week Of The Show But He Wanted To See If The Flights Were Cheaper If You Bought Them From Over Here (They Were Last Time). This Was Extremely Good News But Nothing Was Set In Stone Yet. My Mom Came Home A Few Minutes Later And After About 1/2 An Hour I Found Myself Being Asked To Book A Flight! I Was So Excited That I Was Literally Jumping Up And Down For About 20 Minutes :]
Now The Fight Is Booked, The Concert Tickets Are Bought, And November 17 Can Not Come Fast Enough.

Yesterday Was Also Wicked Cool (Sorry Im From Boston (: ) Because My Mom Said That We Can Probably Go See The Color Fred When Fred Comes To Alston In October!

Yeah, That Was One Good Day :)

Adios!

Music

Is Amazing. Anyone That Would Be Reading This Already Knows That But I Feel The Need To Say It. Today Was Absolutely Horrible At School (Think About Taking A One Question Pop Quiz That You Either Get A 100% Or 0% On And That Wasnt Even The Worst Of It) And I Was In A Really Bad Mood. The Moment I Got Out Of The Building I Started Listening To Sullivan To Help And It Most Certainly Did. Then, When I Got Home, I Spent The Afternoon With Paramore And Taking Back Sunday Which Was Also Immensely Uplifting, But Of Course There Is One That I Havent Mentioned. Say It With Me Now, Relient K. That Was The Pinata At My Party And The Icing On My Cake. Now I Choose To Just Forget The Junk Of Today And I Am "Pressing On" (You Knew It Was Coming) Towards A New And Better Tomorrow.

Sox, Ducks And Foreign Flights

Today Was A Really Good Day. Over Half My High School ( Which Only Has About 70 Kids To begin With) Is In Pennsylvania For A Soccer Tournament So Today The Remaining 30 Of Us Went To Boston For A Tour Of Fenway Park ( Home Of The Red Sox) And To Go On The Duck Tours. Let Me Just Say That An Empty Baseball Field is A Very Cool Place. We Got To Go On The Green Monster And Do Some Other Very Special Stuff That Is Pretty Much Once In A Lifetime Unless You Are Rich :)
The Duck Tour Was Great Too. The Guy Who Was Driving It Was Really Old And Kept Saying Very Reassuring Things Like "I Hope We Make It" And So When He Said That Our "Duck Has Died" We Didnt Take Him Seriously Until We Noticed That The Engine Had, In Fact, Stopped Working. It Was Really Funny And I Almost Wish That It Had Happened On The Water So We Could Do As My Teacher Mr V Said And Make A Raft Out Of The Life Jackets And Try To Save Ourselves. Now That Would Have Been Fun :D So After about 20 Minutes Of Laughing About Our "Dead Duck" And Making Lame Jokes Such As "We're Sitting Ducks" We Finally Got A New And Very Much Alive Duck Boat To Save Our Tour. All in All The Field Trip Was Quite An Adventure And Im Pretty Hyped Up From It All.
And Just To Make Me Even More Hyper I Just Got Off The Phone With My Uncle And Guess What? My Uncles Might Come Back Out From Ireland To See Relient K Again!!! Notice The Triple Exclamation Point. This Would Be Super Amazing And So Im Pretty Much Flipping Out Right Now. Yay Ireland!
Thats All For Now,
Sarah

Derek Webb

Last Night Was Great.I Went To A Derek Webb Concert With My Youth Pastor, His Wife, And My Other Friend Amanda. Derek Did A Great Job, Especially Considering That It Felt Like It Was 100 Degrees In The Building. P.W. Gopal Opened And He Had A Great Voice But The Way That He Belted Out Everything Made It Impossible To Understand What He Was Saying. Apart From The Heat I Had A Geat Night And For Dinner We Got To Stop At Fuddruckers Which Is Always A Treat :) Well Thats It For Now. Hopefully Something Eventful Will Happen Soon That I Can Post Here But I Doubt It So
Until Next Time,
Sarah
